This comprehensive facilities leadership role combines operational excellence with strategic client partnership, requiring you to exhibit exceptional customer and stakeholder service and communication as a client-facing professional while supporting the IFM team to ensure clear management and ownership in driving internal operations and delivering services to the highest possible standards within adequate timeframes. You will oversee some remote sites with ownership of multiple sites and people management to ensure satisfied customers throughout your community while supporting each team member's wellbeing and championing inclusivity and belonging across teams.What your day-to-day will look like:Provide appropriate level of staffing in numbers and skill sets in alignment with Client to handle IFM Services, work volume and KPIs while ensuring team capability and developmentDevelop and implement plans for continuous process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency, innovation and benchmarking to drive operational excellence across the portfolioFully support Client's initiatives in effective and efficient fashion to drive operational excellence and meet leadership principles while maintaining strong client relationshipsChallenge and improve all aspects of cost and performance of business while developing and executing annual Team Strategic Plan aligned with organizational objectivesMonitor PPM schedules, O&M's, warranties, Task System, Asset & Life Cycle Registers while ensuring Health & Safety compliance and regulatory adherence across all sitesProactively manage spend and budget locally in line with JLL policies including processing of PO's, invoices, budgets, and service charges while identifying cost savings opportunitiesDemonstrate leadership, give direction and mentor JLL team on site to promote engagement and excellence in customer service while fostering professional developmentEnsure and facilitate excellent communications with clients according to key stakeholders strategy while maintaining relevant information flow and setting appropriate expectations.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Facilities Management experience including interaction with senior-level management and managing hard and soft services in corporate offices or commercial real estate environmentsAbility to react quickly and decisively when faced with problem or issue while working off own initiative with minimal supervision in fast-paced operational settingsStrong team player with commitment to support colleagues and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining service quality and stakeholder satisfactionKnowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services with strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage technical teamsExperience in customer facing environment within technical FM services with ability to display initiative, confidence, and professionalism in all client interactionsAbility to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints while identifying cost savings opportunities and ensuring fiscal responsibilityExperience with contract management, vendor management and small capital projects with computer proficiency in MS Office and CMMS or similar facilities management systems.Preferred Qualifications:Experience coordinating, participating and engaging with IFM meeting cadence including operational, strategic and best practice forums that drive continuous improvementKnowledge of Building Management Systems, PPM Schedules, Task System, EHS and Quality Compliance with statutory compliance understanding and regulatory awarenessBackground in Health & Safety during events including contractor supervision and reviewing H&S documentation to ensure safe working environmentsUnderstanding of office housekeeping and cleanliness delivery to highest standards with soft services functions experience including catering, cleaning, and mail servicesExperience networking with regional workplace experience team to ensure soft services delivered on time, on budget and to quality standardsKnowledge of benchmarking practices within JLL accounts with proposal improvements capability and innovation identification that enhances service deliveryUnderstanding of Client's Rhythm of Business as foundation for enabling information flow and setting stakeholder expectations aligned with business prioritiesExperience developing close working relationships with Client Key Stakeholders, Landlord, Managing Agents and FM vendors to support seamless service delivery.Location: OnsiteIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
