The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for providing timely, competent, and professional delivery of maintenance, engineering, and grounds services for residents and employees of the community.Compensation: Starting $120k - Max $140k, Annual Salary. Paid Bi-Weekly.What We Offer:A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belongingMedical, dental and vision packagesPTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours401k with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centersFree access to Team member Health and Well-Being CentersEducation assistance and online learning libraryGrowth opportunitiesHow You Will Make An Impact:Develop, implement and monitor a "Cost Savings Program"Ensure plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems operate at peak efficiencyProvide training for maintenance, engineering, and grounds employeesEnsure facilities compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsDevelop the annual budget for Maintenance, Engineering, and GroundsReview monthly financial statements for accuracyProvide beautifully landscaped groundsUtilize resources effectively and remain good stewards of financial resourcesWhat You Will Need:Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Facilities Management and supervising staff capacity with a strength in Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety and Fire Protections SystemsMinimum of 5 years' experience in management requiredHealth care experience is a plus with strengths in the Environment of CareExperience with a CMMS is requiredWithin 1 year of hire: AFE Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM), EPA 608 Universal certification, NFPA 70E certification, and OSHA 10-Hour General Industry CertificationValid State driver's licenseMust possess or be able to obtain prior to starting, a current and valid D.O.T. Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate indicating successful completion of a D.O.T.
