Dental Assistant – Arlington Heights, IL | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus Join our patient-focused, growth-oriented practice in Arlington Heights. We're seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to provide top-notch chairside support. Enjoy flexible scheduling (M/W/F + every other Saturday) and opportunities for professional development.

Assist dentists in all routine and complex procedures
Capture and process digital/traditional impressions and X-rays
Fabricate and fit temporaries; perform composite/amalgam restorations
Adhere to sterilization protocols and maintain equipment
Ensure excellent patient comfort and communication
1+ year of dental assisting experience
Coronal polish/sealant & nitrous certification preferred
CPR/BLS certification required
Strong communication skills and team mindset
Commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care
