Shift Details Shift 2: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM. On call during holidays. Weekends on call every 10 weeks. Job Summary This customer‑serviced focused position is responsible for the facility maintenance of buildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic or hospital setting. It may assist with a variety of repair work, general maintenance, and mechanical maintenance tasks, which may include HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and grounds‑keeping. Experience A minimum of 2 years of building maintenance or plant operations experience is preferred. Education High School diploma or equivalent is required. Licensure Valid driver license is required for first and second shift staff only (if a third shift staff member moves to a 1st or 2nd shift, they must provide proof of a valid driver’s license upon transfer). Mechanic certification or equivalent preferred.
