Position Overview

Tru Hou Solutions is seeking motivated Door-to-Door Canvassers to generate opportunities for our roofing and restoration specialists.

As a canvasser, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners in neighborhoods throughout the Greater Houston area. Your primary responsibility is to educate homeowners about our services, identify potential roofing or exterior restoration needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

No roofing experience is required.

We provide training for individuals who bring the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Neighborhood Outreach

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods

• Engage homeowners in professional conversations

• Educate homeowners about roofing and exterior restoration services

• Identify potential storm damage or roofing concerns

• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

• Generate qualified opportunities for our sales team

• Schedule inspections and consultations

• Collect accurate homeowner information

• Follow up with prospects when appropriate

• Maintain daily activity and lead tracking

Customer Experience

• Represent Tru Hou Solutions professionally in the community

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions

• Help create a smooth experience for prospective customers
