Key Responsibilities Process and manage daily operational reports with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. Handle confidential client information while maintaining data integrity and compliance standards. Provide professional phone support to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Deliver a service-first experience through all customer interactions. Collaborate with team members in both virtual and in-person settings to achieve operational goals. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives. Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, for reporting, communication, and documentation activities. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of client service experience within the financial services industry. Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook in a professional environment. Demonstrated experience providing high-volume phone support. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Stable work history with a proven track record of reliability and commitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with high-net-worth clients or financial advisors. experience in operations, reporting, or customer support within a regulated industry. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
