Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored for each child or adolescent.

• Work collaboratively with school mental health teams and external partners, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to support at-risk students.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions aimed at building emotional skills among students.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
