Quick Facts * Location: Greensboro, NC * Start Date: 08/17/2026 * End Date: 02/15/2027 * Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (5x8) * Hours/week: 40 hours * Employment Type: Contract (6 months) * License/Certs: NC State license, ACLS, PALS, Board Certification (CRNA) * Experience: 1-2 years required (No new graduates) Pay & Benefits * Hourly Rate: $214.50/hour * Overtime: $1.5x pay after shift hours (note: OT hours are not guaranteed) * Holiday Pay: $1.5x rate on designated holidays (New Year s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) * Benefits: * Competitive pay package * Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit * Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) * Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws * Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable * Robust referral bonus program * 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do * Provide anesthesia services across various surgical specialties including general, ortho, gyn, ENT, vascular, thoracic, neuro, trauma, and more * Cover an average of 4-5 shifts per month, approximately 60+ cases daily at Moses Cone (main location) * Float between different hospital ORs and NORA locations (IR, EP, ENDO, MRI) * Operate with advanced anesthesia machines and monitoring equipment (Drager, Philips) * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety across all ages * Maintain high standards of care and adhere to hospital protocols What You Need Required: * North Carolina license (will not license for compact licenses) * 1-2 years of CRNA experience * Board certification (CRNA) * ACLS and PALS certifications Preferred: * Experience with neuro, vascular, or pediatric anesthesia (not mandatory) About the Assignment This position is at a leading hospital in Greensboro, NC, with a high volume of cases across multiple surgical units. The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, emphasizing patient safety and quality care. Proper credentialing is expected within 60-90 days.
