Will not be required to hearts lungs at Cone. Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: Yes CRNA • State license required: Yes State of North Carolina • Minimum experience required: 1 – 2 years No new graduates • Certification Required: ACLS PALS Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days Internal view: Name clear process?: YES If yes name clear specifics: Name NPI # Willing To License?: YES OT: 1.5x normal rate after shift worked OT Hours are not guaranteed. Provider's scheduled OT shifts can be cancelled at any time. If the provider is approaching OT on a scheduled OT shift they can be sent home and only be paid for hours worked.
