About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Middle Office Operations. The successful candidate will be a key player in the execution and support of private credit transactions across the global investment platform. This role demands a professional with a strong background in private credit operations, a control-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in leading teams, driving operational enhancements, and supporting business growth. The Vice President will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of private credit transactions, ensuring the seamless and timely execution of deal closings, funding, and settlement activities. They will also oversee trade and position booking, data integrity, and reconciliations, and will be expected to partner closely with various internal and external teams to facilitate effective execution and issue resolution. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 7-10 years' of investment operations experience, particularly in credit, private markets, or alternative investment strategies. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of private credit and alternative investment products, including bank loans, direct lending, and structured credit. Experience in managing high transaction volumes, tight deadlines, and complex deal workflows is essential, as is the ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills, and a proven ability to influence outcomes and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. A strong control mindset and the ability to identify and mitigate risks are also key qualifications for this role.
