About the Role
The Company is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless operation of in-house trading systems, working closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and operations teams to provide high-quality technical support. This role involves administering, monitoring, and maintaining software applications, conducting system checks, responding to issues from investment and middle office teams, performing QA testing, and developing and maintaining relationships with business communities and market data providers. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline, 1-4 years' experience in a production support role, proficiency in Python and debugging, experience in supporting front office operations, and strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face interaction with portfolio managers.
