What's In Store For You: Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099) This is an onsite opportunity in New York, NY supporting a trading floor environment. The role offers exposure to front-office technology, trading systems, market data applications, and cross-functional incident resolution in a mission-critical financial services setting. How You Will Make An Impact Provide real-time technical support to traders and front-office users across trading systems, desktop hardware, market data platforms, and application issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving trading platforms, Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, network connectivity, Windows/Linux environments, and related infrastructure. Monitor the health and performance of trading systems and elevate urgent issues to the appropriate application, infrastructure, or networking teams. Support a low-downtime trading floor environment where quick diagnosis, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through are essential. Document recurring issues, create support guides, and contribute to knowledge base materials that improve long-term operational efficiency. Help maintain operational and regulatory standards by following escalation, documentation, and support procedures. Are you an experienced trade floor support professional ready to make an impact? 10+ years of experience in trade floor support, front-office technology support, trading systems support, or a similarly high-pressure technical environment. Strong experience supporting financial systems, trading platforms, market data feeds, and front-office users. Hands-on familiarity with market data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, scripting, desktop hardware, and basic networking concepts. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, application, connectivity, and platform issues quickly in a time-sensitive environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to support demanding business users professionally and calmly.
