We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Vice President, Sales (Data Energy Solutions) and based in San Jose, CA . This is a fully on‑site, in office role . Role and Responsibilities Support field sales team in attainment of the territory quota Facilitate actions within extended sales team to drive project work streams aligned with closing opportunities and making plan Develop, prioritize and help prospect into target account based with direction from Account Executive Map accounts, and build relationships with customer key decision makers and day to day contacts Gather and perform data analysis on customer interval data to size projects Support the discovery of value tied to our resiliency value proposition Effectively handle objections and be able to link Bloom solutions to customer value Ensure salesforce compliance and support contract creation Help facilitate financial ROI creation and develop TCO proposal collateral Effectively handle objections and be able to link Bloom value to customer value Accountable for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction both within assigned accounts Skills and Experience 6+ years of sales or energy experience in any of the high tech/facilities equipment/clean tech/ consultative sales industries. Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to objections, to operate successfully within multi‑billion dollar companies, and to develop relationships at senior manager levels within accounts, especially finance & operations. Highly competitive with demonstrated ability to personally, and with a team, connect broadly across multiple stakeholders. Skilled in Consultative Selling. Able to travel as required in order to cover a geographic area. Experience using a formalized sales methodology a plus. Passionate about our customers, solution, and team.
