Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team. As a Data Scientist, you will be part of the Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: 12+ months (with possible extension)

What's the Job?

• Drive the overarching analytics and business value strategy across all touchpoints.
• Integrate and roll up localized measurements into a unified framework to map financial ROI and track post-adoption success.
• Measure the real-world impact of experience strategies, proving empirical value of pilots to leadership.
• Own how the organization measures and communicates the value of client experience investments.
• Bring together metrics from various teams, platforms, and products into comprehensive dashboards for informed decision-making.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, financial modeling, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI dashboard engineering, and advanced financial modeling techniques.
• Background in FP&A or value realization within professional services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• Degree is preferred but not required.
