Customer Service Representative for Personal Lines Insurance

Wilson Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Specialist for a full-time position. Knowledge of the insurance industry is very helpful, but if you have the willingness, interest and the ability to learn quickly, you will also be considered. An active N.C. Property & Liability Insurance License and prior experience working in agency environment is preferred. This position requires a high school diploma/GED, strong oral and written communication skills, data entry experience and a mature and accommodating disposition. The salary for the position is negotiable and will be determined at the time of hire. Cross-sell new and additional policies and solicit other types of insurance Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma/GED Knowledge of Insurance Industry Prior Insurance Agency Experience Preferred Work Location One location Work Remotely Yes - hybrid office/work-from-home options are possible once the 90-day training program is completed successfully.
