Admissions Director Responsibilities: Oversee all inquiries, admissions, and discharges while supporting accurate census reporting Coordinate the entire admissions process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time Communicate with nursing, the business office, and external referral sources to coordinate admissions and bed availability Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral partners to support census growth Evaluate referrals and assist with admission decisions Maintain accurate census, referral, admission, and discharge data Monitor admissions activity, referral trends, and discharge planning while providing reports as requested Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral sources throughout the admissions process Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous admissions experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Basic computer proficiency Complete Care at Willow Creek is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Complete Care
