Project Manager IIKeystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware.Keystone has cultivated a strong employee and client centered environment where employees are valued, respected, and supported.Our team effectively works together to deliver projects on time and on budget.Required Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field3-5 years of experience in project management in water / wastewater industryStrong understanding of I&C systems and control technologies used in water / wastewater treatment facilitiesAdvanced understanding of instrumentation and controls in water / wastewaterPossess strong interpersonal skills, approachability in demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities, including managing challenging or complex interactionsComfortable reading and understanding engineering and construction drawings, and standard specificationsKnowledge in using AutoCAD electrical and librariesStrong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, and show close attention to detailAbility to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basisProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteResponsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination and execution of projectsDevelop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocationCultivate positive working relationships with our clients and team membersManage client relationships, providing updates and addressing concernsOversee project performance, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standards are metCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors and vendorsIdentify project risks and work on mitigation strategiesPrepare and present reports on project status, issues and solutions to project leads, management, and clientsEnsure all work adheres to regulatory and safety standardsCreate scope of work details and prepare pricing for proposals and change ordersReview control panel calculations, drawings, I/O list, Submittals and O & M Manuals and provide feedback to I & C DesignersReview PLC wiring diagrams including motor control circuitsProvide support to on-site technicians and programmersBenefits:Hybrid Work ScheduleTraining, Professional Development and Career PathingCasual Dress CodeEmployee Referral BonusHealth BenefitsCompany paid Life Insurance and Short & Long Term DisabilityPaid Time OffHolidays401K PlanPet Friendly EnvironmentOur Project Managers travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for projects.Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. does not sponsor employment visas for any positions.Keystone is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment and advancement opportunities.
