Director Of Power Delivery A leading engineering consulting firm is seeking a Director of Power Delivery to lead and grow a national portfolio of utility infrastructure projects. This strategic leadership role will oversee transmission, distribution, substation, protection & controls, interconnection, and related power delivery projects while driving operational excellence, team development, client growth, and business performance. The Director of Power Delivery should have: 15+ years of experience within Power Delivery, Utility Infrastructure, or Electrical Engineering consulting environments. Strong background supporting transmission, distribution, substation, and utility infrastructure projects. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and project management teams. Demonstrated success managing major utility client relationships and large capital project portfolios. Experience with business development, operations management, strategic planning, and team growth initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. What's on offer: Competitive salary ranging from $220,000 to $240,000 annually.
