What We’re Offering:  

• Potential Annual Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography 

• Opportunities for Advancement: Clear path from BCBA to Clinical Director.

• Support Center Assistance: Intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling handled for you - stay focused on clinical work.

• 60+ Hours of Onboarding + Ongoing Clinical Support: Monthly continuing education units (CEUs), an annual research conference, and weekly Clinical Development office hours.

• Referral program: Up to $2,500 for Behavior Analyst referrals.

• CASP Provider Access: 75+ approved CEU courses.

• No contracts, no non-competes - employment is fully at-will. We don’t require contracts because we value flexibility and trust.

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.

• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.

• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.

• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.

• Meets ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 

• Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
