Responsibilities

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and confirm client eligibility
• Schedule appointments and maintain a consistent follow-up routine
• Respond to incoming customer service inquiries and calls
• Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate coverage options
• Use our Needs Analysis system to create customized protection plans
• Stay current with updates to products, services, and company policies through ongoing training and collaboration with leadership
