Role Description The Freelance Recruiter will work full time on-site in Cairo, NY, partnering closely with clients to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting shortlists that align with client requirements and organizational culture. The role involves drafting and posting job descriptions, managing talent pipelines, and coordinating interview schedules and feedback. The Freelance Recruiter will maintain regular communication with clients and candidates, provide market insights, and support negotiation of offers to ensure successful placements. This position also requires accurate documentation of activities in recruitment systems and adherence to ethical, inclusive hiring practices. Qualifications Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with the ability to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including job briefing, job posting, shortlisting, and offer coordination. Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, online job boards, professional networks, and social media for talent acquisition. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with clients and candidates. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to confidential, fair, and non-discriminatory hiring practices. Prior experience in agency recruiting or talent acquisition is highly beneficial.
