Mental Health Professional

Join a healthcare team as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in a patient-centered, clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Include Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric and substance use disorders. Providing evidence-based psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Collaborating with patients and support systems to develop and implement personalized care plans. Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ensuring patient and community safety through risk assessment and mitigation. Demonstrating effectiveness in individual, group, and family psychotherapy in a multi-modal treatment environment. Qualifications Include Master\'s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Family Therapy. Necessary state licensure (e.g., Oregon Professional Counselor License, Oregon Clinical Social Worker License, Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License). Preferred experience includes practicum in behavioral health and substance use treatment settings. Additional experience in outpatient or inpatient care is a plus. Skills Required Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities. Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy approaches. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
