Responsibilities:

• Citizenship verification of all personnel requesting access
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the construction security office
• Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
• Responsible for organization and filing of confidential and time sensitive material
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance
• Proven admin or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of verifying U.S. citizenship and identification documents
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• At least two (2) years of experience in administrative duties and access control
• Report writing skills
• Administrative writing skills

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
