Flexible As-Needed Admin/Receptionist

$18 per hour

Are you looking for flexible work that fits around your existing schedule? We are seeking reliable, adaptable individuals for on-call, single-day assignments across Montgomery County, Anne Arrundel County, and Howard County. You would need to have a flexible schedule and be open to one day notice to cover a receptionist/admin role.

salary: $18 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

Visitor Greeting & Access Control: Welcoming clients, checking in visitors, issuing guest badges, and notifying host employees of arrivals.
Call Handling & Routing: Answering central phone lines, screening calls, taking accurate messages, and transferring inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Mail & Package Distribution: Sorting daily incoming mail, processing outgoing shipments (FedEx/UPS), and logging package deliveries for staff pick-up.
