Senior Payer Contract Leader - Lab Services & Reimbursement

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Senior Payer Contract Manager responsible for developing and implementing contracts with third-party payers. This role will lead negotiations to ensure strong relationships with payers, evaluate opportunities to improve revenue, and maintain compliance with legal standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or healthcare administration, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of seven years in contract negotiation. Strong knowledge of medical terminology is also necessary.
