Business Development & Account Manager - Coastal Division

Wildwood Landscapes is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to serve as a Business Development & Account Manager for our Coastal Division. This hybrid role combines new business development with ongoing client relationship management to help grow and maintain our commercial landscaping portfolio throughout Eastern North Carolina. Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new commercial landscape maintenance opportunities. Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOAs, healthcare facilities, and commercial property owners. Conduct prospect visits, networking events, lunch-and-learns, and industry meetings. Prepare and present proposals and contracts. Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities and sales activity. Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients. Conduct regular property inspections and client meetings. Address service concerns and ensure timely resolution. Identify enhancement opportunities including mulch, flowers, irrigation, tree work, drainage improvements, and landscape renovations. Work closely with operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. Assist with contract renewals and retention efforts. Qualifications Sales, account management, property management, or landscaping experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. What Success Looks Like Consistently generating new maintenance contracts. Growing enhancement sales within existing accounts. Maintaining strong client relationships and high retention rates. Representing Wildwood Landscapes professionally throughout the Coastal market.
