We are seeking an Eagle Pace Admin to join our team.


This Eagle Pace Admin role will involve administering, supporting, and maintaining an enterprise Eagle application environment across both Unix and Windows platforms. The ideal Eagle Pace Admin will have strong hands-on experience with Eagle Pace administration, system-level configurations, and operational support for legacy Eagle environments. As an Eagle Pace Admin , you will be responsible for ensuring system stability, executing scripts, supporting disaster recovery activities, and maintaining critical application services. This Eagle Pace Admin position is well-suited for a technically strong administrator who thrives in supporting complex, interconnected systems.

Job Description


The Eagle Pace Admin will provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the Eagle Pace platform. This role focuses on maintaining system health, running and managing Eagle log scripts, and supporting Eagle application services across Unix and Windows environments. Due to the legacy and end-of-life nature of the platform, the role requires a strong understanding of Eagle system configurations and self-directed troubleshooting capabilities.


The position also plays a key role in system continuity, including backup management and disaster recovery restoration procedures. The Eagle Pace Admin will work closely with internal technical teams to ensure Eagle systems remain stable, secure, and operational throughout the contract duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and maintain Eagle Pace log scripts to support daily operations.
• Administer and support Eagle platform servers across Unix and Windows environments.
• Manage and maintain system-level Eagle configurations and application services.
• Monitor Eagle system performance and resolve operational issues related to application stability.
• Support interconnected system workflows related to Eagle processing.
• Perform backup validation and restoration activities as part of disaster recovery efforts.
• Document configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of Eagle platform services.
• Ensure compliance with internal operational and security standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 6-8 years of overall IT or application administration experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as an Eagle Pace Administrator.
• Strong experience supporting Eagle applications on Unix and Windows platforms .
• Proven ability to create and run Eagle Pace log scripts.
• Experience managing and maintaining system-level Eagle configurations .
• Hands-on experience with backup and disaster recovery restoration for Eagle systems.
• Familiarity with legacy or end-of-life enterprise application environments.
• Ability to work independently in environments without vendor-supported platforms.

Preferred / Supporting Skills

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or ERP platforms.
• Exposure to Project Portfolio Management systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or hybrid enterprise environments.
• Strong documentation and operational support skills.
