As part of a nationally recognized health system, you will deliver fast, accessible care to patients in Chicago’s South Suburbs. Immediate Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Provide exceptional immediate/urgent care for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk‑in patients of all ages in a modern outpatient setting. Responsibilities Perform evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, minor procedures), and patient education with full scope of practice support. Qualifications Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant. Current Illinois license (or eligibility) and DEA. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, based on factors such as skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
