I opened my agency in 2017 after spending seven years as a team member with State Farm. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both customer service and agency operations, and it shaped how I lead and support my team today. I’m very family-oriented and believe strongly in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I built my agency with one simple goal in mind: helping people truly understand their coverage and feel confident in the protection they have. That mindset drives how we serve our customers every day. Our office is centered around growth, accountability, and positivity. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mariela Gonzalez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
