Job Summary and Responsibilities As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join a thriving multi-specialty group in the Sacramento, CA area, directly impacting women's health through a balanced 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology. Join an established group of OB/GYN Physicians Incoming physician would be based out of Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, CA Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology Experience/interest in high-risk OB is preferred Robotics available, though not required To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong commitment to patient well-being and a comprehensive understanding of both obstetrics and gynecology. Ideal candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physicians with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment. We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires: Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals Compensation Range: $365,000 - $375,000 / Year with opportunities for additional call pay Job Requirements MD or DO degree Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/Gyn (ABMS or AOA) Active or eligible California medical license in the state of California.
