The Casper Ice Arena is looking for Customer Service Stars to be the heartbeat of our front-line team. Four positions available, part-time, shift includes nights and weekends.

- Greet guests with a smile and assist with class registrations, memberships, and passes
- Operate point-of-sale systems with confidence
- Perform light clerical duties to keep things running smoothly

Incumbents are responsible for providing courteous customer service associated with point-of-sale systems, class registrations, memberships, passes, basic clerical duties, and other related work as required. Receives direction from higher level Parks and Recreation supervisory and management staff.
