Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and organized Office Assistant for one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting daily office operations, helping customers and staff, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to routine inquiries
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Provide clerical and administrative support to office staff
Assist with mail, filing, data entry, and recordkeeping
Order office supplies and coordinate office needs
Maintain organized office and common areas
Support daily administrative workflows and office operations
Report maintenance or repair needs as necessary

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of office, receptionist, or administrative experience required
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience operating office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Knowledge of general office procedures and recordkeeping practices
Professional and customer-focused attitude

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Must pass a background check
Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
