We design and build patented mixing and aeration equipment that helps cities and businesses across the country keep their wastewater systems working. Our products are made in the USA, and since 2022 our headquarters and fabrication facility have been right here in Casper. About the role We are looking for a dependable, organized and motivated Office Assistant to help keep our office running. You will support the operations team behind every order that leaves our shop: the paperwork, the records, the phones and the email. Previous office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. What you will do Answer phones and respond to emails Enter data and keep accurate records in our business system, NetSuite Assist with purchase orders, sales orders, estimates and invoices Prepare shipping paperwork and help coordinate LTL and UPS shipments Check received items against what was ordered and follow up on backorders File and organize project documents, including pictures, quality records and submittals Provide administrative support to management and other team members Help with additional office duties as needed What we are looking for Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Office, and able to learn new software Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, but not required Why TITUS Work that matters: our equipment helps communities and businesses keep their water systems clean and working Products to be proud of: patented technology, made in the USA A small team where you will learn the business and can grow with it On-the-job training from day one #J-18808-Ljbffr TITUS® Wastewater Solutions, Inc.
