Administrative Assistant – Oil & Gas Industry Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire Benefits: Available upon eligibility Position Overview Adecco is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our client. Candidates with previous administrative experience in the Oil & Gas industry are preferred . This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment and benefits. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Perform general administrative and clerical duties Copy, scan, file, and organize documents Review, code, and process invoices Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide general office support to the team as needed Qualifications Previous administrative or office support experience Oil & Gas industry experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional phone and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Basic computer and office equipment skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a professional attitude Schedule & Compensation Monday–Friday Full-Time $20.00–$22.00 per hour Temporary-to-Hire Benefits available upon eligibility Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
