Shifts: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 4 ten-hour shifts per week with on-call rotation


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technician specializing in Cardiovascular OR/Surgery for a 13-week contract role in Austin, TX. This position requires recent experience with open heart, vascular, and endovascular procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician

• Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, valve repairs/replacements, and endovascular interventions
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot surgical equipment such as EVH video towers and cryo systems
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as required

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification
• Recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience
• Experience with open heart and endovascular procedures
