Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Assembly professional to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Neenah, WI

Shift: 2nd  shift 2:50pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift 10:50pm- 7:00am

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production
• Assemble components accurately according to specifications
• Perform quality checks and identify any defects or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual attendance
