Job Full Description

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/HR

Duties:

Assemble components and finished products according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and technical documents
Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks
Inspect completed assemblies to verify accuracy, functionality, and adherence to quality standards
Perform basic fabrication and equipment-related tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support production goals by completing work efficiently and accurately
Report defects, issues, or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with equipment and components
Experience in assembly, fabrication, maintenance, or related fields is a plus
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
