Our organization, a physician-led outpatient practice specializing in sleep disorders, is on the lookout for a full-time Physician Assistant (PA-C) to become part of our expanding team. Position Highlights

• Full-Time, Outpatient Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or hospital rounding required

Position Overview

The Physician Assistant will collaborate closely with supervising physicians to deliver comprehensive care in an outpatient sleep medicine environment. Key responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing ongoing care, and providing follow-up support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and gather detailed sleep and medical histories
• Assess, diagnose, and manage sleep-related disorders under physician supervision
• Analyze diagnostic test results and assist in formulating treatment plans
• Educate patients on sleep health, therapy adherence, and lifestyle changes
• Accurately document clinical encounters in the electronic health record
• Coordinate care with physicians, technologists, and clinical staff
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications and Education

• Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program

Experience

• 0-5 years of clinical experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Certifications and Licensure

• Current PA-C certification
• Eligible for or currently holding state licensure as a Physician Assistant
