Quality Lead

Brunel is recruiting a Quality Lead to work with our major oil and gas client in Midland, TX for initially 1 year contract. Scope The selected candidate will be responsible for field-based quality oversight with primary ownership of preservation activities. This role supports unconventional energy projects and ensures preservation standards are maintained throughout project execution. Focus areas Quality leadership with a strong focus on preservation activities Unconventional energy project experience preferred Field-based quality oversight and preservation ownership Preservation of mechanical and electrical equipment Compressor preservation experience is critical P pipeline construction or operations exposure is essential Responsibilities Provide leadership and technical expertise to ensure project quality systems are effectively implemented and maintained across engineering, procurement, and site execution phases. Driving the implementation of engineering, procurement, and site quality systems Providing quality assurance and quality control expertise to ensure services, equipment, and materials meet contract, purchase order, specification, and statutory requirements Evaluating and monitoring contractor quality management systems and driving improvements to close performance gaps Overseeing the development and execution of project-specific Surveillance Plans and Procedures Monitoring quality metrics to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues Providing direction and oversight to discipline inspectors and supporting the project team on quality-related matters Promoting quality awareness throughout all phases of the project Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Other, Oil and Gas #J-18808-Ljbffr Brunel
