Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and design tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs.

Education

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution is required.

Certifications

• Must hold state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification is preferred.
