We are currently seeking a Full-time Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredClear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one requiredMust be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background checkShift: Full-Time Day ShiftThe schedule includes rotating weekends. Weeks 1 and 3, you will have Sun, Mon, Thu off. Weeks 2 and 4, you will have Tues, Wed, Sat off.
