Finance Operations Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

To drive end-to-end process excellence in Finance, the remote, full-time Finance Operations Manager will manage process definition, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Define process intent and establish performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency Develop and monitor KPIs to communicate progress and business impact to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, or business process management Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt considered with strong project leadership experience Experience with finance platforms and analytics/reporting ecosystems, including ERP Finance systems Strong background in continuous improvement or finance transformation initiatives
