The OCC charters, regulates, and supervises all national banks, federal savings associations, and federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.JOB OVERVIEWProvide services and support as a Safety and Health Management System Services (Safety and Health Analyst (SHA) (Key Personnel)) in the Financial Services Industry Sector focusing on Compliance Solutions for clients such as Department of the Treasury (USDT) | Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Generally Located In CONUS.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Safety and Health Analyst (SHA)Attend safety and health operation committee meetings, prepare committee meeting notes, expect at least one meeting per quarter.Scheduling Safety and Health Committee Meetings, Conferences and Trainings including AED training.Develop safety and health products, including fact sheets, job aids, web pages, video, newsletters, and electronic materials. Two products per quarter.Provide COR with drafting various documents such as but not limited to memoranda, issues papers, inspection reports and other documents upon request or as needed.Prepare a high-level, easy to read, safety and health inspection report using the completed inspections check list submitted from the OCC regional offices, COR and/or the collateral duty safety officer (CDSO).QualificationsSafety and Health Analyst (SHA) shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in analyzing comprehensive safety and occupational health program for large organization with over 1,000 employees. This specialized experience shall include identifying hazards, analyzing various methods to control hazards, ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments.
