Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

Overview Well established Long Beach Workers' Compensation Defense firm is seeking an Associate who possesses a valid California law license with a minimum of 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience. This position offers a Partnership track. Responsibilities Represent clients at different WCAB's Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Advise clients on plans of action and case handling recommendations Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Comply with all legal standards and regulations We offer a competitive salary, expense reimbursement, paid time-off, and health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and Aflac insurance), along with reasonable work hours in a relaxed firm that has been in business for over 19 years. You will have the ability to work either in the office or from home. Resume must be submitted in either PDF or Word format.
