About the Opportunity Mission Recruiting's client maintains a litigation practice offering attorneys the opportunity to develop substantive defense experience while building toward greater trial responsibility. Rather than limiting developing attorneys to research and document review, this role provides hands‑on exposure to depositions, expert witnesses, discovery, motions, client communication, and court appearances. Attorneys work collaboratively with experienced litigators while developing the practical skills required to independently manage increasingly sophisticated litigation responsibilities.
