Principal Business Analyst

Job TitleResponsible for strategy, planning, and execution to align business operations with the credit union's mission and goals. Conduct analyses and gather, organize, and review data to identify internal and external strategic issues and opportunities affecting growth and profitability of the organization. Operates independently with minimal guidance to structure ambiguous problems, determine approach, identify risks and dependencies, and develop solutions to complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch. Owns work from intake through completion, including planning, stakeholder alignment, communication, issue resolution, escalation, and follow-through. Specialized skill set and proficiency with procedures, analysis techniques, project delivery practices, and business tools. Recognized as an expert and trusted advisor in own area within the company.
