• Meet with homeowners, build relationships, and offer custom HVAC solutions they’ll love.

• Represent the Del-Air brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

• Educate clients on the benefits of our top-quality systems and services.

• Drive your own success through proactive sales techniques and consultative conversations.

• Manage your pipeline like a pro with our company-provided tech tools.

• Hit your targets—and celebrate your wins with a generous commission plan + bonuses!

???? What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of consultative, in-home sales experience (HVAC sales a  huge plus!)

• A goal-crushing mindset and proven closing success

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and a comfort with digital tools

• A valid driver’s license and a professional, polished appearance

???? Bonus Points For:

• 5+ years of HVAC or retail sales experience

• Understanding the psychology of sales (know how to turn a “maybe” into a “YES!”)

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule
