Now Hiring Assembly Technicians!ResponsibilitiesLoad long metal poles weighing approximately 15–30 lbs into threading machines in a safe and efficient manner.Operate thread rolling equipment by feeding blank screws into the thread roller to create accurate threads on each part.Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to read and verify measurements, ensuring parts meet required specifications.Check that bars are straight and properly leveled using shop machines, tools, and gauges.Perform general machine shop helper duties, including deburring parts, basic machine operation, and supporting production workflows.Work in different areas such as thread rolling, assembly, and straightening, and move between stations as needed.Use hand tools and grinding equipment to complete mechanical assembly and finishing tasks.Inspect parts visually and with tools such as microscopes when required, maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards.Follow production line procedures, maintain consistent output, and support general labor tasks within the machine shop.Read and interpret simple blueprints or work instructions to complete assembly and machining tasks correctly.LogisticsDay Shift - 6AM - 2:30PMSwing 2pm-10:30pmJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
