Volt is immediately hiring 2nd Shift Assembly Technicians in Fremont, CA .

As an Assembly Technician , you will:

• Assemble, disassemble and swap out components on computer servers 
• Assist in refurbishing of computer servers
• Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
• Work in a safe manner and inform leader of any unsafe or hazardous condition or practice
• Attend all task training and safety meetings as required
• Keep workstation in a neat and tidy condition conforming to established 5S work practices
• Check that workstation has all required tools/consumables/fixtures/parts and inform leader of any issues or missing material
• Perform other duties as assigned by leader or Supervisor

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. 

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 1:30pm - 10:10pm - Must be able to train on 1st shift from 8:30am - 5:10pm

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma
• Able to read/write English language
• Assembly, Computer Repair, or experience building PC's 
• Capable to lift 30-50lbs
• Class 10K Cleanroom

Pay Rate : $21.00-$23.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
