This position is part of an excellent team that is responsible for manufacturing and shipping of animal feed. Responsibilities include: Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e. grinders, batching scales, mixers, feed cleaners, pellet mills, coolers. Samples and receives ingredients by truck and monitors ingredients inventory levels. Manufacture feeds to ensure that they meet specifications and food safety requirements. Schedule production based on priorities and customer demands. Perform housekeeping tasks, maintain a clean workplace. Requirements: Must be able to read/comprehend English and authorized to work in the U.S. Good mechanical aptitude. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Computer knowledge. Monday – Friday, occasion weekend work may be necessary Any other duties assigned by management.
